Can I Be Notified When An Item Is Back In Stock?
Since you asked nicely, ABSOLUTELY! It will be done! We're always happy to bring the good news of IN STOCK to our customers. Simply send us an email and we'll do the rest.
Do You Actually Have X Item In Stock And Ready To Ship?
Most common items are in stock, but if you placed an order and one or more of the items you have requested is not in stock, you will be notified immediately, and we will ALWAYS ask you and give you the option for an immediate refund or what the ETA on said item is.
Do You Take Back Orders?
Yes, but ONLY if said item will be back ordered for a very short period of time and ONLY if we have YOUR consent. We refuse to hold your money if we cannot deliver.
When Will X Item Be Back In Stock?
If an item is out of stock, usual restocking times are 2-4 weeks. We will always ensure that you are in the loop, providing the level of customer service you expect from us.

Can I Add Or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Placed?
If you contact us and your order has not yet been shipped, we would be happy to change your order to suit your requirements.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
If your order is in stock and has not yet been shipped, we will be able to remove your order from our system. If you have ordered an out of stock product (Which you will always be notified of), and change your mind after we have ordered it in for you, restocking fees may apply.

Where Is My Package?
Rest assured, we will ship your order in the quickest manner possible. Once a package is shipped, times are 100% out of our control. Tracking numbers will be provided, and we ask that you kindly contact said shipping provider to request tracking updates before contacting us. We do however do our absolute best to use very reliable shipping companies to get your packages to where ever you are located, in a timely fashion.

Due to certain ITAR and other restrictions, which are 100% out of our control and not made up on the spot by any member of Lockhart Tactical, the item you are requesting may not be eligible for export. Don't worry though! If you ever have any questions about an order, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to promptly answer all of your questions. After all, our customer service is second to NONE!
Can You Write A Lower Declared Value On My Order?
